How it works
From a messy binder to a next action.
The workflow follows the way a specialty contractor actually works: collect the source, ask what matters, turn answers into work products, then bring the field back into the record.
01
Start with the project that is already on your desk. Upload a PDF drawing, specification, sub-bid, or change-order request to give A22 the source it needs.
- Keep each document tied to the project you are evaluating
- Use the same starting point for questions, outputs, and comparisons
02
Ask what you would normally search for by hand: a quantity, a requirement, a schedule date, or the detail behind a scope gap. Review the answer with its matching source quotes.
- See the relevant passage instead of trusting an unsupported summary
- Use the answer as a checked starting point for the next work product
03
Move from understanding to action without re-keying the binder. Create a takeoff, schedule, concise summary, RFI draft, or change-order proposal from the active document.
- Review the generated detail before it leaves your office
- Carry source context into the output so the decision is explainable
04
When the day is moving too fast for a form, record an mp3, m4a, or wav memo. Review the generated daily report for crew, work performed, weather, and delays.
- Use the memo as the fast capture step, not as the final record
- Correct details while the jobsite context is still fresh
05
Load two to five bid PDFs when it is time to choose. Compare price, scope, exclusions, and alternates, then use the supported CSV or PDF output in the rest of your process.
- Make the trade-offs visible before awarding the work
- Send a reviewable result to the people who need to weigh in
